As an Arizona Native, I have seen our real estate market develop and change. I have seen Phoenix grow into a huge metropolis now one of the 10 largest cities in the United States. In 2001 after attending High School and College in Tempe, AZ, I obtained my Arizona Real Estate License and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award. I developed a specialty working with First Time Home Buyers and helped over 43 families achieve the dream of homeownership my first year as a licensee.

With a passion to help Buyers purchase homes for the best price,  in 2002 I began working with many investors and one of the largest wholesale real estate and hard money lending companies in Arizona. Researching, valuating and facilitating real estate sales transactions was my new specialty. I gained a vast knowledge of distressed properties and the foreclosure process, title documents and history, and how to effectively negotiate with third parties to get real estate transactions approved and closed smoothly and for the best terms. 

At present,  as a Real Estate Consultant with Keller Williams Arizona Realty, I offer all of my knowledge and experience to help my buyer and seller clients achieve the best results through thier real estate transactions. Whether it be helping a first time Home Buyer purchase a home to start a life in or consult a Seller who has a need to sell their home for less than what is owed, I always make sure they get the best advice based on their ultimate scenario goals.
