When I mentioned at work that I needed a realtor, one of my co-workers told me that her sister was a realtor. I was a little leery at first because you don’t want to commit to someone just because they are a relative of someone you know since down the road it might turn into a negative situation - just like buying a car from a friend or relative only to have multiple things go wrong with it right after you buy it. Well, I chose Jamie Cartmill as my realtor, and I am so glad that I did. Trying to sell a home in this current market is obviously a real challenge but Jamie reinforced my confidence in her time and time again and I knew she was with me all the way on this endeavor to sell my house. She always kept me well informed of what was going on during our unpredictable journey to sell my house as a short-sale and avoid the unthinkable - a full foreclosure. Within a few months my house was sold as a short sale with a special outcome to boot! I know for a fact that Jamie Cartmill is my “real estate consultant for life”!
